Kentucky State Park Staff Membes Share Their Favorite Hiking Trails
Hiking Trail Winding Through the Forest at Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park
Few things are more invigorating than hiking along a beautiful trail – enjoying the scenery as you benefit from the fresh air and exercise. Nature lovers, like me, have the added thrill of getting up close and personal with wildflowers, birds, trees, butterflies…. endless beauties for our eyes AND cameras.
Basically hiking is a win – win – win situation!
Kentucky State Parks have some truly amazing hiking trails. Rough River, Pennyrile Forest, Lake Cumberland… the list winds along as impressively as the trails do.
Below is a press release regarding these trails. On the Kentucky State Parks’ official website, you can find which trails staff members list as their favorites.
