As a first class animal loving, tree hugging, reusable bag-toting gal I’m all geared up for Earth Week (April 18th – 25th). Why make a day of it when you can make a whole week of celebrating our beautiful Earth?!
The Kentucky State Parks are planning to celebrate Earth Day and Earth Week April 18-25 in fine fashion.
Many of Kentucky’s parks will be hosting events that will help visitors learn more about the beautiful outdoors. They’ll feature hikes, clean up days, wildflower walks, canoe trips, etc.
For a complete list of the Kentucky State Parks, along with the Earth Day activities they have lined up, visit Earth Day Events on Kentucky State Parks’ Web Site.
