Recipe for Kentucky Derby Pie

Click the link below for a great sounding recipe for Kentucky Derby Pie.  I’m making this bad boy tonight and expectations are flying high.  Personally, I’m going to serve my favorite vanilla ice cream with it, so I think I’ll pretty much be a heroine around my house tonight.

Update: This pie is amazing! Knowing how much my family loves sweets, I doubled the recipe and made two. One disappeared before the night was over and the other didn’t make it past the following afternoon. We liked it best slightly warm with ice cream on top.
