Carp at Rough River Lake Marina. I told my husband, “Look! It’s the Jolie-Pitts.” I meant it as a compliment, of course. Food is available to toss to the Jolie-Pitts.. uh, the carps. You’ll also see big beautiful turtles swimming near the marina.
