I found your gluten free resturant reviews for Owensboro Ky. Its a few years old and unsure if you srill eat in the area, but thought I would ask. My daughter and I both have Celiac and so we are super careful. I was curious if you still eat at Wasabi. I can’t seem to get any answers by calling. Do they use Tamari instead of soy sauce? Is there a way to find out ehat is GF there? Thank you so much for your time.
Hi, LaTisha! My oldest daughter and I had to stop eating at Wasabi when we (for health reasons) had to stop eating gluten/wheat. I have no idea if they use Tamari or traditional soy sauce but I do know that the last time I ate there, I got really sick from being glutened, so there’s a really good chance they use regular soy sauce. Finding traditional Asian food is the biggest struggle for us when dining out!
