
Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park’s Lodge: Like Something Out of a Fairy Tale

The Kentucky State Parks are offering a rainbow at the end of the storm with reduced rates at three of their beautiful parks.

Kentucky State Parks are offering a special lodging rate at three resort parks for people impacted by recent flooding in western Kentucky.
Lodge rooms will be offered at Lake Barkley this weekend and next weekend (July 15-16-17) at $49.95 a night for residents of Christian, Trigg and Todd counties. Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park and Kenlake State Resort Park have the same offer good on weekdays, Sunday through Thursday night of next week. Guests will be asked to show their driver’s license at check in.
Lake Barkley State Resort Park is the largest state resort park in Kentucky and features a lodge, cottages, restaurant, a seasonal campground, 18-hole golf course, fitness center with indoor pool, marina, fishing, tennis courts, hiking trails, gift shop, and recreational and nature programming.
